Step 1 – Check for danger (most importantly electrical danger turn-off power)

Step 2 – Locate the cause of the issue & Turn off water isolation valve

Step 3 – Call emergency flood restoration by calling phone

We do not recommend undertaking flood restoration alone this can cause structural damage, irreversible carpet damage, mould, and creating environment unhealthy for living.

Step 4 – Contact other relevant parties – plumbers, strata management, property managers or land lord.

Step 5 – Save your property & carpet from staining – remove furniture & property from the flooded areas until help arrives.

Step 6 – We will assess the damage, extract the water, setup perfect drying environment, assist with insurance reports & claims.

Step 7 – We will manage the drying process from start to finish at completion we will clean & deodorise.
